Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you complete authority over your mail accounts and email newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your e-mail box accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailboxes against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just select the electronic mail account you would like to redirect mails from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
